Summary
I have recently partnered with a fairly young company in Baden Wurttemberg who are aiming to become a leading IPP in the PV industry. They focus on the Irish, British, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Austrian and Greek markets and need someone to help strategise with their plans to build projects the have readily developed. You will help build, train and manage the construction team finding top project managers, site managers and engineers and decide which team members should be sourced externally and which should be hired.
Your new role
As Head of Construction, you will be responsible for leading the construction and engineering department as it grows with the company. This will involve overseeing the realisation of current projects being developed in firstly the UK, Holland, Italian and Spain. Experience in EPC for solar is an absolute requirement.

Requirements
You will be a perfect fit for the role if you;
- 5-10+ years’ experience in a renewable role and have relevant industry knowledge

- Are an organised and motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
