Head of ERP
A fast-growing company in Berlin is transforming their ERP and Financial Systems landscape.
Their underway with a programme to review and recalibrate business systems and related processes in order to create a scalable solution to enable to continue their fast growth.
Leading the Finance Systems and Business Applications department, this role will manage a portfolio of transformation projects covering ERP, EPM, Business Intelligence and Logistics systems and will play a key role in building up the Business Systems teams and rolling out a fully integrated and scalable solution for international growth.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the ERP and Financial System team across workstreams including R2R, O2C, P2P, Supply Chain (SCM), Logistics
- Project Management and project portfolio management through End-to-End implementation and transformations, from requirements-gathering through build and go-live
- Working with the business to develop and manage the ERP and Finance BI roadmap in line with the wider business and finance landscape
- Management of project timelines and budget and working with key stakeholders to report on progress, risk and changes
- Resource planning: recruiting, building and managing the ERP and Finance Systems team, including Product Owners, ERP Engineers, Business Analysts etc.
- Stakholder Engagement: you will be responsible for leading the programme and maintaining buy-in and engagement from stakeholders and users at various levels across the business
Your profile:
- Experienced Head of ERP, Business Systems Manager or Financial System Manager. It would also suit an experienced ERP Programme Manager or Finance System Transformation Programme Director
- Experience delivering ERP or Business Systems Transformations in a fast-paced international environment
- 5+ years of professional experience in ERP / financial systems
- Experience of Project Management Methodologies: Agile / Waterfall
- Functional knowledge across at least one of the core functionalities (Financials / Supply chain / Sales & Distribution)
- Knowledge of best-practice for Retail, ecommerce or tech businesses highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and an international mindset, capable of working in a highly dynamic working culture
- Fluent English skills (German is desirable but not essential)
This is a key managerial position to lead and drive an international Finance Transformation Programme within a growing business with the opportunity to take responsibility the design and delivery of Enterprise Systems Architecture.
