Head of Global Quality Management (m/f)

Our client is a worldwide industrial leader with plants across Europe. 

Your responsibilities:

·        Leading QMS team and supporting them to achieve sustainable quality targets

·        Driving strategic initiatives to improve quality processes and related activities

·        Formulating and monitoring teams KPIs

·        Supporting internal quality audits and external quality audits

·        Coordinating with R&D and engineering departments in performing projects related to sustainability topics across Europe

·        Other assignments per agreement  

Your profile:

·        University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or Electrical engineering

·        Professional experience in QMS and QMS tool ideally from machinery or related industries

·        Fluent in English and German

·        Strong organizational, problem-solving and project management skills

·        Excellent leadership style and team spirit

·        Strong communication and presentation skills

·        Optimistic and resilient attitude with a confident approach to complexity

·        Passionate about improving processes and making an organization more efficient
