As the Head of HR for SSB Intl GmbH, the incumbent will orchestrate GHR delivery across all branches of the International Bank across all Centres of Excellence (CoEs). The incumbent will represent the GHR function in relevant governance bodies and will have a specific focus on ensuring full regulatory compliance of all GHR activities within the Legal Entity.
The Head of HR has a reporting line into the CEO of SSB Intl GmbH.
The Head of HR ensures the delivery of quality service across the full suite of GHR offerings. She/he covers the members of the Executive Management Board of SSB Intl GmbH as their local GHR Business Partner and is in close cooperation with the respective regional and global HRBP who will be the key HR contact for the respective client group.
She/he will build in-depth relationships with clients and relevant corporate partners (e.g. Heads of Legal, Compliance, Audit), interact on a regular basis to understand needs and challenges of the business and ensure strategic people plans and solutions are aligned to targeted business plans.
She/he will be responsible for managing the GHR input for relevant meetings of the supervisory board and it's sub-committees.
The Head of HR is a key member of the Senior Management team of SSB Intl GmbH. The incumbent is a frequent / regular guest on the EMB and joins the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee (sub-committees of the Supervisory Board).
