We are currently hiring a Head of People (m/f/x).
This is the role
You will be building our HR team from the ground up and be responsible for implementation and management of a fully-fledged HR organization. You will be owning all HR processes and practices, ensuring they are fit for high-growth and help our organization scale as fast as possible.
- You set-up and run our HR function
- You attract, retain, and develop the highest calibre talent
- You develop and own all people management processes including management of our HR service partners
- You design and shape our employer brand
- You drive performance management, compensation & rewards as well as a people centric culture
- You act as a trusted advisor to our senior management in all people-related matters
- You oversee monthly payroll, benefits and tax matters
- You ensure local HR & labour law compliance
This is you
- You bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-growing environment, preferably start-up
- Ideally, you have experience in setting up a HR department
- You convince with your profound understanding of all people management discipline, i.e. recruitment, employee relations, talent & performance management, organizational development, HR strategy, employer branding, labour law & compliance
- You have the willingness to get involved with strategic topics as well as very hands-on tasks
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities
- You have a bias for action and the desire to achieve excellence
- You enjoy traveling 2 - 3 times per month
- You are fluent in German and English
