Vacancy: Head of Regulatory Affairs, Risk & Compliance (f/m/x) - We are looking for a Head of Regulatory Affairs, Risk & Compliance (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client, a company based in Frankfurt.
You have the opportunity to work in the position (partially) from your home office.

Your Responsibilities as Head of Regulatory Affairs, Risk & Compliance (f/m/x)
- You ensure our business remains compliant with local laws and regulations across the globe
- You consult and support the business and find the right solutions respecting the overall policies
- You support the pay Management to comply with their obligations as they relate to policies and external regulatory environments
- You monitor and communicate regulatory changes and potential risks to affected teams
- You are responsible for managing risk in line with pay's risk appetite
- You manage the stakeholder and compliance interactions within the Group
- You will maintain enhance the awareness of risk and compliance across the organization
Your Qualification and Skills
- You have successfully completed your studies in the field of law or business or a comparable education
- You have gained your first 3 - 5 years working experience in a Regulatory/ Compliance/Legal function in financial services, preferably the payments industry
- You have already gained experience as a manager (f/m/x)
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills and you also can explain complex requirements and issues simply
- You have fluent business German and English skills (spoken and written)
- You enjoy working independently, in a dynamic and growing team and environment
