We are seeking an expereince Warehouse, Operations and Logistics leader to effectively manage inbound and outbound finished goods (hazardous). Responsibilities
- Imeplementing and diriving imrprovements of KPIs and performance indicators
- Responsible for coaching and development team members at the site, and leading them into new roles and responsibilities to handle the growth
- Process and Logistics improvements as well as other lean initiatives to enable their funactional area and exceed the business plan
- Actively seeking solutions and providing feedabck to the senior management and Head of distribution centre
- Establishing, following and enforcing safety standards and procedures in compliance with health work enviroment
- Providing an on-time and accurate weekely report detailing warehouse performance, unit trends in and out and the overall operational cost, freight cost for ocean and air
Your Profile
- Completed a Bachelors within relevant field
- Several years’ experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing
- Fluent in German
- Strong knowledge of shop floor management
