After completion of the INspire program you will continue your career in the following business area: Our center bundles all efforts regarding the central design, implementation, further development and steering of digitalization for all production areas at Mercedes-Benz Cars Operations.
In addition to many other exciting topics, we are responsible for the development and worldwide rollout of the MO360 ecosystem, which makes worldwide vehicle production transparent enabling maximum efficiency. The new MO360 ecosystem comprises a family of software applications that are seamlessly connected via shared interfaces and standardized user interfaces. Our MO360-Applications use real-time data to support the worldwide vehicle production of Mercedes-Benz Cars. Furthermore, we take responsibility for developing the Mercedes-Benz Digital Factory Campus Berlin into a competence center for digitalization in the global Mercedes-Benz production network.
Mandatory requirements to get IN for INspire:
- Early professionals with relevant work experience and leadership experience in various areas of at least 12 months
- International experience of at least 6 months
- Excellent academic university degree
- Ability to communicate with different management levels
- Fluent in Business English and good German skills
- Significant agile mindset
- Impressive social engagement
- High level of abstraction and strategic analytical skills
- Working flexible, structured and result-oriented even under pressure
- Specific digitalization competencies:
- Agile Software development/ Scrum
- Experience in the architecture and development of scalable cloud-native applications
- Performance Monitoring and Testing
- Product owner experience
- Experience in production industry, especially process analysis (e.g. Six Sigma) and process optimization is welcome
