Job-Beschreibung und Hinweise für HR Coordinator - VIE Contract (W/M/D)

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for: HR Coordinator - VIE Contract (W/M/D)

Target start date: 1/3/2022

As a HR Coordinator you will:

  • support the HR workstream and work together with local HR Team
  • support HR team taking some responsibilities of an HR business partner (HRBP) and supporting HRBP
  • responsible for a small circle of employees
  • work as a project leader for small projects (e.g. qualification program for operator)
  • HR administration (reports, orders e.g. absence report, HC - headcount report)
  • prepare presentations for meetings, events, etc.
  • observe recruitment processes in Workday, screen the processes
  • work together with SBS - Sanofi Business Services (HR interface to SBS like HR Team)
  • develop and organize education & training plans
  • prepare reports in Excel sheets and matrixes
  • ensure the reporting and the project documentation in sharepoints and database
  • support communication and information within the HR department
  • collect data & regulations for the data room
  • participate in the development of concepts and measures

Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences

Education:

Master's degree in HR/Business Administration or economic background

Experience:

  • Previous HR experience in a business organization
  • Practical experience in a national/international company
  • Experience in pharma industry is appreciated

IT tools:

  • MS Office (in-depth knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)
  • Experience with SharePoint is a plus
  • SAP knowledge is considered an asset

Languages:

  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of German (B2+/C1 level)
  • Knowledge of French would be a plus

Other skills:
good communication skills; able to lead conversation with employees, managers and work council employees in German; structured and accurate way of working; curious about learning, reliable, team player, independent; flexibility & discretion
