Mode Search is supporting a high-end company in their search for an HR Manager, based in Munich, Bavaria. Looking after a headcount of 70+ people, you will work closely with the head office and store teams to promote best practices and foster a positive company culture.
Reporting to the CEO; you will be in charge of the 360 HR strategy for Europe and the US, tailoring policies to comply with each country's regulations and specific market needs.
The company is experiencing international growth and offers excellent prospects for progression.
The role:
- You will champion the company culture across all departments at corporate and store level, providing clear ER guidelines
- Project-manage store openings and teams expansions from an HR perspective and monitor employees' onboarding, development, and, where needed, grievances.
- Provide market insights, performance analysis, and reports to senior stakeholders
- Keep up to date benchmark and promote high levels of team retention
- Be self-sufficient on HR systems and admin tasks, and coordinate payroll
Required:
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to analyse and strategize
- Passionate about people
- Excellent organisational and management skills
- 5 years’ experience as HR Manager in Germany
