HR Operation Specialist (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

-You will be the first point of contact for all employees and provide general HR Administrative support, answering key queries to ensure a best-in-class employee experience 
-You work closely together with other People Operations teams (e.g. Talent Acquisition) in order to deliver high quality and timely response
-You deliver and execute common and transaction-based services for the People Operations team including contract creation, contract amendments, termination letters and certificates
-You are responsible for entering and maintaining accurate employee data in our HRIS (Workday)
-You help digitalise our HR processes, send employment contracts, and manage our documentation process

Ihre Qualifikationen:

-You gained first work experience in an HR role, ideally in Germany with knowledge of local labor law 
-You will work on English and German documents and need strong written communication skills in both languages
-You are quality-driven and a fast learner possessing excellent attention to detail
-You show an ability to work independently, swiftly, and effectively prioritise work
