HR Payroll Specialist (m/f) - temporary (6-12 months)

 

 

 

Your Mission

 

You will support our HR Team, which is based in Lausanne and in Zurich, as point of contact for our internal employees in all contract-related topics, especially in payroll and tasks in short-time. 

You can choose to work either in Lausanne or in Zurich.

 

 

 

Use your skills in the following areas

 

You will support the HR Team with the following ongoing activities:

  • HR Administrative responsibility
  • Collaboration in payroll, focus on short-time work issues
  • Supporting our HR team in the handling of short-time work processes
  • Competent contact person for questions regarding AHV and pension funds

 

 

 

 

These skills of yours will take us forward together

 

  • Swiss HR certificate
  • Several years of experience as an HR specialist/admin
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • You are used to handle different, diverse tasks at the same time on a professional level
  • Solution orientation, proactivity and motivation, interest to learn and grow
  • Thinking "out of the box" 
  • Fluent in English and German or French (fluency in all 3 languages is a big plus)
