We require an ambitious, self-motivated and commercially-minded individual to join our central Group Insights function. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering superior consumer, shopper, category and market insight to drive the growth of the Iglo businesses.
In joining our passionate, forward-thinking and impactful team, you will influence plans and decisions throughout the commercial organisation, from providing recommendations on strategic choices and key in-market business challenges, through to developing locally-led innovation and communication initiatives.
You’ll also have the opportunity to further develop your skills across a range of Insights approaches – from traditional qualitative / quantitative and continuous data analysis, to econometrics studies and social listening techniques.
Your profile:
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working in a similar Insights role preferably with a European or global remit
- Eperience managing a specific brand or category
- Excellent knowledge of market research, both in continuous market data, and quantitative and qualitative methods
- Strong leadership skills to manage stakeholders and lead the Insights agenda in the Iglo businesses
- Highly numerate
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is also essential
