If you are now shouting: 'YES' you are exactly right with us!*Your daily challenges*As part of the Customer Success Team, you will be in charge of leading individual integration processes with our clients. You come into play as the first point of contact as soon as the customers will be released into the wild after they signed their contract. Hence you will be the one for them bringing their contractual content to life.You'll help them to understand the upcoming integration-journey and underlying tasks and guide them competently through the fairway which is called software integration. Your daily work will be supported by smart tools which will help you and your clients to succeed in this adventure. Different ecosystems and individual circumstances on the customer side play a major roles in your daily doing. There are no limits set in your creativity on how to structure the integration to get the client onboarded on our products in the best (and smooth) way possible.As Adtriba services clients from multiple industries you will get in touch with many different ecosystems and MarTech stacks which will keep you on your toes from time to time. Integrations will never be the same and won't get old in our industry at any time. In close cooperation with the whole CSM team you will take the leadership on how we can serve the the ideal integration experience to all of our clients. You can design your own processes and task flows and provide product input on how to optimise the product itself to provide integrations at scale. *Your team*The CSM team is a party of 7 highly motivated people from 5 different countries and 3 continents.Marina, Kinga and Daniel will be at your side when it comes to quite technical tasks requiring Business engineering knowledge. Diana and Sarah are taking care of your clients once they are fully set up and ready to switch to the regular operation mode. Andy is our hero when it comes to knock hard deep product knowledge, providing custom solutions to any requirements. Last but not least Michael will be the Yin to your Yang, you two will form a team of two to serve first-class integrations to our clients.*Your Experience** Degree or training with a focus on computer science, economics or natural sciences.* You have a good understanding of technologies and technical processes as well as data flows* You are communicative and a team player* You have excellent project management skills* You are able to keep an eye on different issues and projects at the same time and manage them actively* You enjoy developing creative solutions* You like to work independently* Ideally, you have already had some contact with the functionality of online marketing platforms or web analytics* Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English*Why us?*Although we are still quite small with currently 24 employees, our team is very international.
