The CEO Office is responsible for internal and external strategic, communications, CEO and Board communication
and for driving and shaping the overall organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting all team members of the CEO Office in their tasks and projects
  • Providing assistance with the further development, updating and maintenance of all areas related to the
  • communications function at Allianz Global Benefits
  • Supporting in the preparation of presentations for board members, network partners and brokers
  • Supporting in the preparation of marketing material, e.g. brochures and fact sheets
  • Supporting the team in building up an active team space within the Allianz social Intranet, including
  • sharing relevant target-group oriented information
  • Supporting in updating the content of the companys website
  • Helping to encourage user participation and engagement throughout the community, e.g. foster
  • collaboration and best practice exchange
  • Supporting the entire Allianz Global Benefits team in managing and moderating digital content
  • Supporting in the production of short videos and infographics
Assisting in corporate event management

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a degree in economics, business administration, media management,
  • communications or comparable studies
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Structured, dedicated and ability to work well under pressure
  • Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills and a strong can-do attitude
  • Strong communications skills and familiarity with community management
  • Excellent in written and spoken English; German language skills would be very beneficial
  • First experiences in project/event management or communications are a plus
Prior knowledge of insurance is not necessarily required but desired

In principle, the position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis.
