Are you a multi-tasker with high organisational skills and a profound knowledge of Internal Audit within Private banking? As an Internal Auditor you will be working on various projects within a team. Responsibilities:

Profound prioritisation skills

High function in switching within tasks

Draft essential audit scopes to support planning of individual audits

Identify controls and objectives

Build sufficient and effective testing programs

Preparation and documentations of internal audits files

Collaborative work-ethic with fellow peers

Support the Head of Audit by maintaining a regular and updated audit of the universe risk assessment

Complete and document within the budgeted time and to high standard assigned audit work

Assessment of controls in line with the laws and regulations of internal policy

Developing business management relations throughout audit processes

Assistance to the Head of Internal Audit upon request

Support and contribute to a positive, motivated, ethical, and committed team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar

Experience in Internal audit within the financial service sector in Private Banking

Proficient skills of applications such as IA tools and MS Office

Skilled design and performance on analytic audit tests

Understanding of CIA or CPA is considered as a plus

Existing knowledge and understanding of Swiss banking regulations, Private Banking and FINMA

Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), any additional languages such as German are an advantage

Solid negotiation and communication skills

Firm organisational and time management skills with an attention to detail

Seeking continuous self-improvements within the Internal Audit sector
