Job Description

• Strategically driving and coordinating the development of our environment friendly eco-brand Frosch/Rainett in Europe
• Development, implementation and modification of the European brand and communication strategy
• Supporting of our product innovation strategy by enforcing new product developments and flanking of multi-national rollouts
• Conception, planning, coordination as well as the implementation of all classical communication and the regular marketing-mix tasks
• Steering of all research activities and responsibility for all corresponding agencies and budgets
• Functional leading a team of 3 Junior Brand Managers, who are responsible for their specific countries and product categories

• Successfully completed a master degree in marketing, business administration or similar education
• At least years of experience of FMCG experience in a European brand or product marketing function
• Interested in an European functionality
• Knowledge of the cleaners’ category, preferably from a multinational point of view, as well as leadership experience and corresponding experience abroad would be of severe advantage
• Analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a hands-on-mentality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, preferably another European language
• Profound Microsoft Office skills, basic skills in SAP-BW
