- Shape and support supply chain strategy definition by understanding company needs.
- Drive supply chain efficiency and improvements roadmap in collaboration with the regions & various departments from HQ.
- Define roadmaps for supply chain.
- Supply chain audits and value stream mapping to identify areas of improvements.
- Align and standardize ways of working on core processes between the different regional sites.
- Drive automation and operational efficiency.
- Lead transformation projects in supply chain and with cross-functional teams (new ERP implementation, new IT tool to support day to day visibility).
- Implement projects to support local supply chain managers.
- Expert in supply chain: experience in warehousing, international trade and automotive business.
- Master's degree in supply chain.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- Lean capabilities: problem solving, value stream mapping.
- Experience in S&OP process & demand planning.
- Understand ERP functionalities and able to standardize processes.
- Project management skills.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and negociation skills.
- Ability to lead teams towards change and lead by influence.
- English speaking (French is a plus).
