Intern/Working Student for Product Management, Support & Logistics Innovations (d/f/m)

You will be taking care of:

• You will support our project management by communicating with customers via training, training courses, power points, etc.
• You can turn constructive criticism into valuable input in the product management area to optimize our products
• You understand and analyze data from our customers, as well as internal processes
• You help develop innovative projects in logistics and you are part of mobile device management 
• You are the contact person for support requests and collect valuable feedback from our users

You check those boxes

• You are a team player with strong communication skills and an organizational talent with a quick grasp of things
• You have good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), initial experience in managing service providers, and very good written and spoken German and English (minimum C2-level German is required, minimum B2-level English) 
• You have strong analytical skills, as well as a high degree of reliability
• You have an interest in digital innovations, as well as general technical topics 
• You are a registered student (d/f/m) preferably in the field of business administration, economics, business studies, information management, or logistics. But more important to us than the right degree is that you are motivated!
