Our client, investment company that specializes in medium-sized companies in the technology sector, looking for an Investment Analyst / Associate to join their team in Berlin, Germany.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Sourcing and analysing potential investments, including the underwriting and building financial models
- Preparing investment decision materials for senior leadership
- Conducting due diligence and coordinating the transaction process including interacting with external advisers and collaborating with joint venture partners
- Supporting transaction structuring
- Preparing marketing materials and market research
Requirements:
- A high level of motivation and a strong interest in entrepreneurship, technology and finance;
- 1-4 years of experience in management consulting, M&A, transaction services or private equity
- A master degree in finance/economics/business or engineering/science completed with academic excellence;
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written);
- Commitment to excellence and rigour in analysis;
- Tenacity to getting things done.
