We have successfully worked with our partner Hilti Entwicklungsgesellschaft several times in the past. Since the company is constantly improving its software solutions and platforms, our partner is now looking for a IoT Test- and Integration Engineer (m/w/d) to strengthen their knowledge at the location in Kaufering.

Here you are employed as an external employee (m/f/d) at Academic Work and work for our customer on site. The collaboration is initially limited to 18 months.

JOB DUTIES:

As an IoT Test- and Integration Engineer (m/w/d) you take care of the integration and testing of new devices for Hilti´s asset management, tracking and telematics solutions ("Hilti ON!Track").

- Organize the test and project activities with external partners and international development and market organizations
- Responsibility for the execution of end-to-end functional and non-functional tests along the development cycle (hardware, embedded software, connectivity, cloud platforms and web & mobile applications
- Overseeing the tracking of tests and providing test results as a basis for product development decisions

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Master/Bachelor degree in computer science and/or telecommunication
- Min. 2 years experience in integrating and testing distributed systems composed by hardware, embedded services, gateways, cloud services and web/mobile applications
- Excellent experience in embedded and cellular products, gateways, IoT devices or trackers
- Good knowledge of modern development tools (eg. JIRA, Jazz, Git, Confluence, Sharepoint)
- Willingness for intercontinental travels
