IT Consultant PLZ 79713 - SaaS Plattform - Pharma & GMP (m/w/d)

We are looking for
a consultant and project manager / squad lead for the implementation of our SaaS enterprise eolution Shiftconnector® focusing on Pharma, Biotech and GMP customers for our headquarter in Bad Säckingen, Germany.

As project lead and consultant you will be part of a new Customer Solution team. In the role of squad lead / team leader you will implement and operate our SaaS solution Shiftconnector® together with application managers and digital engineering experts for customers in the pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing industry worldwide. In the GMP environment, validated projects will be implemented according to the specifications and with the support of our QA.
Your tasks
Drive SaaS solution implementation projects and maintain existing implementations for leading pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing companies together with your squad team, a digital engineer, and an application manager.
Analyze customer requirements and advise on implementation of our software solutions
Implementation of CSV (Computer System Validation) as part of your squad’s projects
Write and review qualification documents, in particular IQ, OQ, PQ, supported and guided by our QA
Perform implementation and configuration work
Plan and execute updates and changes of existing implementations
Maintain a satisfied customer base
Your profile
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business informatics, engineering or an equivalent qualification
Experience in implementing and operating software solutions in Pharma or Biotech
Experience with CSV (Computer Software Validation)
Experience with project management
A quality mindset
Business acumen to understand customers' needs and requirements
A confident and convincing appearance towards customers, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Fluent communication skills in both English and German
