The department Cyber / IT Security is within the CISO Organization and ensures IT security aspects in IT infrastructure, applications and cloud activities. Three core activities are lying in the department, IT Security Operations, Identity and Access Management and IT Security Architecture & Design. For IT Security Operations the department contracted a managed security service provider and for Identity and Access Management it is planned to find a right partner. We are looking for IT Security Managers m/f/t in the areas:
TVM:
Effectively deliver the complete lifecycle of vulnerability management and remediation concepts Improve our CMDB and asset registers with respect to asset risk through measuring value, threats and vulnerabilities Lead functional staff operating the different aspects of vulnerability management tooling and Create an overarching concept how different vulnerability related services improve our resiliency Provide support with respect to requirements gathering, project management and delivery of one or more services SOC:
Effectively deliver SOC services to strengthen our detection capabilities Ensure and improve the quality of use cases and use case maintenance to ensure effective actioning of notable events by the SOC analyst through well designed run books Lead functional staff operating the SOC service and ensure integration in the overall detection and response process EDR:
Effectively deliver EDR services based on the Microsoft Defender suite and expand the usage of the Defender suite Lead functional staff operating the EDR service and ensure integration in the overall detection and response process Ensure high quality service delivery for end user through our service provider and integration in security processes PAM / IAM:
Effectively deliver the complete lifecycle of workforce oriented (privilege) Identity and Access Management (PAM / IAM) services including; strategy, organizational design, process reengineering and technology implementation Facilitate information gathering, requirements analysis and design activities that support actionable PAMI / AM roadmaps and strategies as well as functional requirements for PAM / IAM solution implementation, Establish critical success factors and key performance indicators for the process and risks associated with IAM and PAM Lead functional staff through the IAM engagement lifecycle for strategy, design and implementation engagements Implement Role Based Access Controls (RBAC), including analytical role mining and entitlement analysis Provide support with respect to requirements gathering, project management and delivery of one or more Identity platforms Your powerful skills
Degree level or equivalent professional qualification Fluent in English Willingness to undertake work related travel Professional experience as an IT Security Manager and experience in implementing security policies, including the development of concepts, methodologies, processes and procedures Awareness of IT Services in terms of Service and Operating Level Agreements and of statistical and analytical principles and processes Functional areas and work experience should include; vulnerability management, policy driven security, stakeholder management within IT functions and establishment of KPIs and effect creating reporting Ability to work under pressure – patient, tolerant and resilient Results orientated Advantageous, but not a must
Certified information systems security professional (CISSP) desirable Fluent in German is a plus Benefits you can rely on
