- Installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems
- Deployment and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
- Hardware repairs and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system
- Creation of system documentation
What you bring to the table:
- Excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT Support
- Experience with ticketing systems, Microsoft environments, and Windows operating systems
- Solid software and hardware knowledge in the Second Level domain
