IT-Support im 2nd Level (m/w/d) | Berlin

  • Become an integral part of our Onsite Support Team in Berlin
  • Take ownership of exciting tasks that ignite your passion for IT:
    • Installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems
    • Deployment and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
    • Hardware repairs and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system
    • Creation of system documentation

What you bring to the table:

  • Excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in IT Support
  • Experience with ticketing systems, Microsoft environments, and Windows operating systems
  • Solid software and hardware knowledge in the Second Level domain
