Organise the diaries of the Senior Managers in a professional and efficient way, taking into account changing priorities. This will necessitate organising travel itineraries, including rail and air travel, as well as taxis, along with hotel bookings.
Diary Management - Team:
Organise complex meetings on behalf of team members (internal meetings with few attendees should be organised by the team members themselves).
Organise complex travel itineraries for the team (simple A to B to A itineraries should be booked by the team member themselves).
Workshops:
Organise internal and external workshops as appropriate, including booking venues and circulating itineraries.
Events:
Organise corporate hospitality for the team and external events (lunches, dinners etc.) when required.
'Gatekeeper':
In the absence of the Senior Managers, act as the first point of contact with others, screening visitors, telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately.
Monitor process and act upon incoming emails and post for the Senior Managers.
Typing Documents, Briefing Papers, and Presentations:
Prepare various documents for the Senior Managers and, on occasions, other members of the team (e.g. PowerPoint presentations).
Ensure monthly Board Reports are collated in a timely manner. This may include filing and photocopying.

- Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communications skills
- English excellent and French fluent
3 months with a possibility to turn permanent.
