Reflexallen Group, multinational company with several plants around the world and headquarters on the hills of Modena, international leader of design, development and production of Automotive components, is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager, based in Southern Germany and reporting to our Area Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our Company. She/He will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. Business development is the focus.
Our Junior Key Account Manager will work home based, ideally in Bavaria or Baden-Württemberg.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support new customer acquisition and independent, intensive customer support in southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Support, consulting and acquisition of customers or projects on site (80%-90% travel activities)
Requirements:
- A short experience in Sales and Business Development (1/2 years)
- Fluent English and German skills
- Driven, ambitious, goal-oriented, self-dependent personality, go-get-mentality
- Product knowledge: E/E (wire harness, cables, electrical coils), pneumatics and/or safety products, is a plus
