Alphachain Capital is a leading proprietary trading firm based in London with over 100 discretionary and algorithmic traders across the world. The firm specialises in short-medium term positions in global FX, equity, cryptocurrency and commodity markets and is now seeking to bring on a number of talented individuals from across Europe as part of our global expansion. These are remote trading positions for those who have the motivation and passion to become professional funded prop traders as part of the Alphachain global trading team.
We are seeking both experienced and new prop traders to join our team and manage our firms capital. Our trading team includes experienced traders with extensive institutional experience at top tier banking institutions who manage the company’s capital and then help to train our juniors traders.
Successful candidates should have a passion for the industry and motivated to learn to trade professionally at one of the Europe's leading prop trading firms.
Those who are successful will begin trading as an independent Junior Prop Trader across equity indices, forex, commodities and cryptocurrency markets with a guaranteed live starting capital of $20k with a generous profit share. Capital increases will be provided at transparent set target achievements.
Training Programme
Our Junior Traders develop a comprehensive knowledge of risk management, technical analysis, fundamental analysis and develop their own bespoke trading strategies (or trade our own) during the initial intensive training programme under the guidance of our CEO and Head of the Trading Academy. Our traders partake in daily educational webinars delivered by the CEO, Head of Trading, Head Psychologist coach, and 1-2-1 mentoring sessions, and are provided with funding towards the end of the three month training programme. Our biggest value add is the 1-2-1 mentoring sessions our CEO and Head of Trading has with each and every trader each month, working to hone their trading skills with bespoke guidance, helping our traders develop their skills as a prop trader at the firm .
Training Fees Apply
All those who are successful are invited to join one of our Trader Programmes covering global markets, professional risk management and proprietary trading strategies, delivered remotely by some of the leading prop traders in the world who also mentor our new traders. We are proud to be the only established and successful prop fund offering training of this type across Europe!
Training Fees will apply for all individuals to cover our mentors time, training materials, trading platform and webinars, if you do not have a profitable verified one-year track record. After completing the training the traders will be given a guaranteed live funded trading account to begin their career as a Junior Prop Trader on our team remotely.
Prop Trader Development Routes
We develop traders to become both discretionary or algorithmic traders depending on your preference. You will have the option to trade across all major global markets including major equity indices, commodities, forex majors and minors, and cryptocurrency markets. You will be provided with guaranteed starting capital with a generous profit share, with capital increases at set targets.
Requirements
· A strong interest in financial markets
· Excellent communication skills with other team members and staff
· Good numerical skills. Degree from a top tier university is preferable
· Good emotional intelligence
· Experience is not necessary however experience in financial markets or other areas of finance would be beneficial
· Punctual and professional at all times
Location
This is a remote based role. You will require internet access and your own computer.
Compensation
All of our traders are independent contractors who take home 50% of their profits each month.
Proprietary trading is 100% performance based. This is not a salaried position.
