Join our Organization Development Team to help ensure a high-quality recruitment process for the Editorial Research Intelligence department!
What will you be doing?
- Organizing and administering recruitment queues, interviews, and evaluation processes for international candidates across a variety of professional positions (researchers, editors, analysts, project managers. and more)
- Offering high-quality internal client service to the Hiring Managers, to support recruiting for a variety of positions
- Executing LinkedIn headhunting, for multiple positions within the department
- Conducting introductory phone and video calls in German and English (the best way to get to know the candidates!)
- Proactively addressing candidates via social media channels
- Offering support for the “special projects” implementation (i.e., recruiting video productions, university co-operations, other communication efforts of the Organization Development Team)
Your profile
- You successfully completed undergraduate studies (focus on occupational and business psychology preferable)
- You are very invested and interested in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition; first experience preferable, but not mandatory
- You offer high-quality service for internal clients, demonstrating a “win-win” mindset
- Your fluent skills in German and English are a must, you strive to use clear, error-free communications to support talent acquisition for the editorial department (Please include a cover letter in English)
- You enjoy detailed organizational work, show a proactive attitude, and follow through on all tasks, big or small
- You can work well under pressure in a busy environment, driven by a job well done and seeing immediate results of your actions
- You show outstanding communication skills, as well as an empathic and amicable personality
- Nice to see: first experience in internal communication between departments, and/or first project coordination
