WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Knowledge Expert (KE) within BCG Transform Practice Area (PA), you will work in a fast-growing global team, providing Transformation and Program Management expertise and insights to clients and case teams. Within the player-coach model of BCG's Knowledge Team, you will lead the billable Knowledge Team (with headcount of 7 today) of BCG Transform and be an expert working with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analyses, and expert advisory. You will collaborate and work closely with business leaders across IPAs, FPAs and specialty businesses, acting as a thought partner in providing advice and client-credible insight, for proposals, client workshops and commercial campaigns in the domain.Additionally, as a KE, you will drive development of intellectual property, go to market materials, and publications in the Transformation space. You will manage, develop, and further grow the Transform Knowledge Team to deliver against business priorities and be accountable for the team's KPIs on billability, work quality, and topic/sector content development.
Furthermore, the KE will work with the Global Business Director to support the regional and global leadership team and provide customized knowledge and coordination across the core practitioner group and other interested parties within the firm.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
· Leading problem solving and solutioning for clients and driving towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context· Leading development and commercialization of knowledge and assets e.g. tools, IP and selling materials in Transformation & Program Management
· Engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expert presence and credibility
· Leading projects in a highly effective manner, mobilizing team to deliver on business priorities and commercial impact
· Acting as a highly effective coach and mentor, guiding team members to achieve goals efficiently and effectively
· Working in an ever changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 5+ years consulting experience in Transformation & Restructuring and/or Change Management context; candidates with consulting experience preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years minimum industry experience required; 10-14+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Autonomous, self-starter with line and program management experience
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Fluency in English

The Knowledge Team (KT) is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. KT members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda, and building and deploying leading edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insightBCG's Knowledge Team members have the opportunity to be staffed on cases and help co-create insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools in a particular function and complex research and analysis of market information. KT members also support the PA’s business development and proposals and help to organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients.
