WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Knowledge Expert (KE) within BCG's Marketing, Sales, and Pricing Practice Area (MSP), you will work in a growing global team, providing sales operations insights to clients and case teams - particularly as relevant to subscription services industries. You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, acting as a thought partner in providing advice and client-credible insight, for proposals, client work-shops and commercial campaigns in the domain.
Additionally, as a Knowledge Expert, you will drive development of intellectual property, go to market materials, and publications for the Sales topic. You will manage and develop a Knowledge Team to deliver against business priorities and be accountable for the team's KPIs on billability, work quality, and topic/sector content development.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Leading problem solving and solutioning for clients and driving towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context
- Leading development and commercialization of B2B sales knowledge and assets e.g. salesforce diagnostics and assessment tools, KPIs, sector benchmarks, and playbooks
- Engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expert presence and credibility
- Leading projects in a highly effective and independent manner, mobilizing team to deliver on business priorities and commercial impact
- Acting as a highly effective coach and mentor, guiding team members to achieve goals efficiently and effectively
- Working in an ever changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 5+ years consulting experience in relevant sales or sales-related role (with strong experience in technology subscription Industries) required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years minimum industry experience in sales operations role (sales operations, business development, Inside sales, demand generation) required, with strong technology subscription experience; 10-14+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Specialization in Sales operations for subscription services, including topics such as steering salesforce KPIs, tracking and advising on leadflow, and running the overall sales machine
- Fluency in English; with either Spanish or German depending on location
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

The Knowledge Team (KT) is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. KT members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda and building and deploying leading edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight
BCG's Knowledge Team members have the opportunity to be staffed on cases and help co-create insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools in a particular function and complex research and analysis of market information. KT members also support the PA’s business development and proposals and help to organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients.
