In dieser Position sind Sie für die Durchführung von Laborprojekten und Tests mit minimaler Anleitung verantwortlich. Sie planen, führen durch, überwachen und dokumentieren schwierige und anspruchsvolle Tests in der SLS FTAP, mit Fokus auf den FT-Markt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dies ein 2-Jahres-Vertrag istIhre Aufgaben:Überprüfung der Auftragsanforderung, der relevanten Sicherheitsdatenblätter und vollständiges Verständnis der Anforderungen in Übereinstimmung mit den Labor-SOPsAktive Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Risikobeurteilungen und BetriebsanweisungenÜberprüfung der Verfügbarkeit der benötigten Geräte und Materialien - Vorbereitung oder Bestellung der benötigten MaterialienÜberprüfung von Zeitplänen und Besprechung von Terminkonflikten oder Änderungen mit der Laborleitung (und dem Projektleiter, falls erforderlich)Dokumentationserstellung anhand von Datenblättern oder LaborjournalenVersuchsapparaturen (Prüfstände, Integritätstests, Filtrierbarkeitstests) hauptsächlich für den FT-Markt zusammenstellen (insbesondere für den Spezialchemiemarkt, Raffinerien, Batterie- und Polymergeschäft)Genaues Bedienen, Verstehen und Beheben von Fehlern bei allen Geräten/Instrumenten, die zur Unterstützung von Tests notwendig sindKompatibilitäts-/Lebensdauertests von in-situ und in-vitro verarbeiteten Medien unter Verwendung anspruchsvoller analytischer Methoden (IR, UV-vis, SEM, Zugfestigkeit, Interpretation externer Daten aus verschiedenen MS-Techniken, XPS, etc.)Durchführung von Prüfarbeiten nach Anforderungen und Plausibilitätsprüfungen. Selbstständiges Entwickeln von Laborstandardverfahren. Erfassung von Rohdaten direkt im Laborjournal oder auf Datenblättern. Sofortige Benachrichtigung der Laborleitung bei Versuchsverzögerungen, Problemen oder AbweichungenBedienung von Analysegeräten (IR-Spektroskopie, DSC, SEM/EDX) nach EinweisungPolymer-AnalyseEtablierung der analytischen Chromatographie bis 2023Aufzeichnung aller relevanten TestinformationenErstellung eines genauen und zeitgerechten Laborberichts, der die Anforderungen der Laboranforderung widerspiegelt.
