Lead Knowledge Analyst TA - Wealth Management

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Lead Knowledge Analyst (LKA) within BCG's Financial Institutions Practice Area, you will work with international BCG project teams and occasionally clients in the Wealth Management/private banking space by providing topic knowledge and developing solutions for strategic and operational challenges. Through thought partnership, content expertise, original analysis, and insights you will contribute to proposals and cases.

Additionally, as a LKA in Wealth Management you will drive the development of intellectual property and contribute to BCG’s Wealth Management Product Suite (e.g. contribute to new commercialization initiatives and offerings or drive go-to-market efforts).

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 3+ years consulting experience in European Wealth Management required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
• In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Expertise in Wealth Management
• Superior analytical, and problem-solving skills, and conceptual capabilities
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with all levels of seniority with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrating the ability to engage your audience effectively while working in a global collaborative team environment
• Effective written & verbal communication in English; German beneficial
• Excellent work management skills and ability to strive in a fast-paced environment, multitask and operate effectively in a matrix organization
