Leader Employer Branding & Strategic Talent Acquisition (f/m/d)Your tasks:
- Together with your two-person team, you will be responsible for the further development of WACKER’s global employer brand and its ongoing marketing in the DACH region
- You are responsible for the global employer brand and will coordinate its gradual roll-out and country-specific adaptations
- With the support of external agencies, you will also develop demand-oriented employer branding campaigns for target groups in the DACH region and track their success. In doing so, you enjoy trying out creative recruiting channels and developing new strategies
- You are responsible for the further development of the global recruiting process as well as for the development and further roll-out of the global recruiting tool (SuccessFactors Recruiting) in collaboration with IT
- You are the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and management representatives for all strategic questions in the areas of Employer Branding & Talent Acqisition. In doing so, you are a sparring partner at eye level, stand up for your decisions and regularly communicate our seccesses
- Together with purchasing department, you shape the pool of external recruiting service providers
Your skills:
- You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on personnel marketing or have a similar qualification and have ideally more than five years of professional experience in employer branding or performance marketing
- You have already led or built a team and manage workflows effeciently and with foresight
- You have proven experience in defining and implementing performance marketing and branding campaigns and can represent these at eye level to different stakeholders
- You define relevant employer branding KPIs and make decisions in a numbers-based and analytical manner
- You bring in-depth knowledge and experience regarding the architecture and (global) roll-out of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
- In addition to German, you are also fluent in Englisch
