YOUR MISSION
- Delivers products that comply with nutritional, sensory, physical and chemical requirements and fulfils the needs of the end user
- Participates in and manages various challenging product development projects in multidisciplinary teams with colleagues from operations, sourcing and quality
- Act as linking pin between Technologist (Product Developer) and the factory regarding product related topics and improving ways-of-working
- Partner with Quality and Process Change Management in recipe and nutrient tolerance related decisions and discussions
- Accountable for coaching and training of the central PD department in relation to the factory activities
- Project member of key projects involving, amongst others, spray drying, emulsion stability, heat treatment, agglomeration, dry blending and packing
Start as of now, position is in Fulda.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or related area
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in product/process development
- Driven & resilient to face and overcome challenges in a dynamic and demanding environment
- Evidence of managing projects and working in teams with set targets & deadlines
- Strong problem solving and decision making with analytical competencies
- Flexible and willing to travel when required
- Comfortable working in a dynamic organization, with functional disciplines at several locations
- Knowledge of quality and food safety legislation as well as Good Manufacturing Practice standards
- Good understanding of CODES (Create, Open, Drive, Empower, Self-aware) behaviors and walks the talk
