As an innovative, medium-sized Bremen-based company with a 130-year tradition, BEGO has an excellent reputation in the international dental products market. The approx. 450 employees worldwide work together towards the goal of developing technically sophisticated and high-quality 3D printing solutions, implant systems, equipment, alloys, investment materials, and consumables "Made in Germany". Manager Digital Channels (m/f/d)

The role

  • BEGO is looking for a digital professional that has the ambition to execute a modern, data-driven digital marketing and sales approach in the dental industry
  • The opportunity to provide functional leadership to a team of internal and external team members and establish a positive atmosphere in which people can successfully perform and grow
  • The global responsibility for our website and e-shop re-launch and continuous improvement
  • The responsibility for the planning and execution of paid digital campaigns across Display, Video, Search, Social and E-Mail channels
  • The accountability for our digital campaigning budget and management of ad spends across digital ad partners in the area of Display, Video, Search and Social Marketing
  • Strategic development of our digital customer and stakeholder communication and interaction via digital channels
  • Involvement in our digital training & education activities
  • Identify and manage new digital ventures and initiatives at BEGO
  • An opportunity to collaborate and build positive relationships with other involved teams such as brand, communication, events, field and inside sales, and IT
  • Support of the development of automation and a data-driven model in the Marketing department
  • Open to discussing flexible/ agile working

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a company with a digital business model in retail or industry or an online agency (no medtech or dental industry experience required)
  • Particularly good knowledge and practical implementation experience with website and web-shop technologies
  • Good knowledge of the Google Marketing platform and Social Ad platforms
  • Solution-oriented person who actively seeks opportunities and proposes ideas
  • Ability to digest complexity and ambiguity into clear actions and steps
  • Capability to work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
  • A diplomatic and reliable personality with interpersonal and strong communications skills which enable you to quickly gain trust and build up sustainable working relationships
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Experience with Shopify Plus is a plus
