A leader in the Forrester New Wave, we will hire 1,700 passionate new Mirakl Workers globally over the next 3 years.The Seller recruitment team is at the heart of this ecosystem, enabling the fastest way for brands, retailers, distributors and resellers to accelerate online sales across Mirakl-powered marketplaces. As we continue to expand our portfolio of clients in the DACH region, we are looking for a *Marketplace Business Developer *to manage key sellers and partners on Mirakl powered third-party marketplaces within the DACH market.**He/she will be responsible for*** Qualifying and building relationships with executive levels within e-commerce company, as well as coordinating their launch on the marketplace.* Maintaining the quality of these partners via auditing and analysing sellers’ sales performance to support third-party performance improvement.* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within the sellers’ organizations and being identified as a key strategic advisor (tool box design, coaching and training sessions).* Adapting processes to increase seller onboarding conversion rate.**This will be done through ***Business development & commercial endeavors :** Being considered as a Business Development role model by one’s team as well as external and internal partners* Focusing on strategic / challenging vendors and acting as an escalation point for the team* Reaching the agreed upon target of sellers onboarded on Connect per year*Business operations in Connect :** Perfectly mastering and understanding the Mirakl platform* Finding the right approach in the context of complex seller onboarding* Being always up to date on new features* Challenging clients to improve Mirakl configuration if needed* Proposing innovative / new solutions for better seller onboarding* Leading the Business Development team by clearly articulating and promoting the vision, strategy and KPIs* Managing Partners for seller onboarding (contracts, oversight and KPIs)*Client impact :** Being considered as a trusted advisor and Mirakl expert for the client’s Marketplace Executive team* Adapting mission’s frame to increase sellers conversion rate and coordinate with partners to meet client’s targets* Finding the right solutions tailored to client context and providing robust and customized recommendations* Leading weekly reporting and client meetings to present Seller Recruitment proposals and negotiate terms* Acting as an escalation point if needed between clients and internal stakeholders*Internal impact :** Identifying key project risks & opportunities (both business & functional)* Cross Functional project leading with Client Success, PAT, and Ecosystem teams* Partnering with Head of Seller Recruitment in building the seller recruitment offering to serve clients and evolve ecosystem, and contribute to strategic planning* Empowering teams to automate processes* Designing long term solution to improve seller experience and increase team productivity*Requirements** A bachelor’s degree or equivalent* Prior experience in Marketplace Business Development, Sales or Account Management would be a bonus* Has strong communication and presentation skills* Has appetite for commercial prospection and B2B relationships* Is a highly business-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments* A team player with effective organization and time management skills* Speaks German and English fluently – any additional European languages will be a great asset
