Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Microsoft Business Development Manager - DACH (m/w/d)

LOCATION: Remote - Germany

BUSINESS UNIT: Arrow Global Services

REPORTING TO: Technology Alliances EMEA

KEY INTERFACES: Suppliers, Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Operations

WHAT WILL YOU DO: 

  • Manage relationship with Microsoft IoT devices team to bring the right level of support to the DACH sales team.

  • Find net new customers for Windows IoT and preferable also Azure in the DACH region.

  • Be the subject matter expert on Windows IoT and preferable also Azure.

  • Focus particularly on licenses revenue streams and acting as a subject matter expert on Microsoft to the regional customer base.

  • Be able to support and advice the customer with the knowledge of which license to use and how to use it.

  • Provide trainings to customers on product, licensing, and also image creation.

  • Work with the Alliances team on solution partners to maximize revenue both the Technology team and the Operational Technology team.

  • Have a view to support local sales and build out a cloud strategy for Azure.

WHO YOU ARE: 

  • Business Development & Sales experience. You can open closed doors.

  • Technical knowledge of the product. Previous experience with Microsoft embedded systems and IoT would be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of the Windows IoT market in DACH.

  • Ability to provide provide the right advise and training.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Fluent German and English.
