What you'll do:
- Install, configure, and set up complex IT systems.
- Handle the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
- Carry out hardware repairs and resolve 2nd level support issues using a ticketing system.
- Create comprehensive system documentation.
What you'll need:
- Several years of professional experience in IT support.
- Strong software and hardware knowledge at the Second Level.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent German and good English language skills.
