Mitarbeiter 2nd Level IT-Support Onsite (m/w/d)

What you'll do:

  • Install, configure, and set up complex IT systems.
  • Handle the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
  • Carry out hardware repairs and resolve 2nd level support issues using a ticketing system.
  • Create comprehensive system documentation.

What you'll need:

  • Several years of professional experience in IT support.
  • Strong software and hardware knowledge at the Second Level.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills.
