You will drive large-scale finance transformation programs, engage with cross-functional teams, and implement impactful changes. Your key responsibilities
- Drive the conversation with CFOs around the future of finance, current global (re)insurance finance trends, peer benchmarks, and challenges
- Lead and manage large finance transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of a portfolio of smaller change projects together with interdisciplinary teams
- Act as the Program Director, delivering and promoting EY's expertise on Finance Transformation matters
- Engage with finance, IT, accounting, data, and actuarial professionals to address business issues and drive transformation
- Develop and implement strategies to address clients' finance technology challenges
- Collaborate with international teams and leverage global best practices to enhance finance transformation efforts
- Proven track record of managing large programs and delivering successful finance transformation projects on an international scale with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Significant experience in the international (re)insurance sector; additional banking experience is an advantage
- Deep knowledge of international finance transformation-related technologies, with an understanding of the business aspects of (re)insurance clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels to maintain a strong client network
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex business environments
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus
- Experience in Change Management is highly desirable
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with finance, IT, accounting, data, and actuarial professionals
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and achieve business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in German and English
