Personal Assistant (f/m/div)The role:
- Making travel arrangements
- Organizing events and curricula
- Handling day-to-day e-mail correspondence in English and German
- Assisting international scientists: finding accommodation, support with enrolment at the University of Stuttgart, etc.
- Supporting the application and selection process for PhD students
- Interacting with the institute’s administration: travel costs, invoices, refunds, inventory, etc.
- Editing the website in the MPG content management system
- Editing reports, publications, and compiling statistics
Requirements:
- Successfully completed vocational education (e.g. Fremdsprachenkorrespondent [f/m/div] or Kaufmann [f/m/div] für Büromanagement)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and German
- Proficiency in standard software; experience with CMS is beneficial
- Open-mindedness
- Flexibility and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- You should enjoy working in an international scientific environment
