YOUR MISSION
- Co-create strong brand plans with Marketing while taking the Sales and Customer perspective into consideration
- Be the plantbased consultant for the different channels and markets
- Identify opportunities and white spots in different channels
- Co-lead the innovation process with Marketing - align on business priorities, define G2M strategy and build commercially reasonable business cases
- Prepare Innovation Deployment to Key Account Management on time and in full incl. development of convincing sell-in arguments taking the triple win into account (Conceptual Sell) and track perfect launch execution and performance
- Coordinate the plant based priorities of the field sales team regarding distribution and activation in store
Start is in Germany.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- Successfully completed university degree
- 4+ years of professional experience in brand or product management in FMCG where you have successfully developed innovations.
- Enthusiasm for new trends in the food and tech environment
- Strategic thinking coupled with a pragmatic approach to implementations
- Strong ownership, project management and high level of self-motivation
- Excellent analytical skills as well as strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English, both written and spoken
