NIO was founded in November 2014 as a global electric vehicle company, with world-class research and development, design and manufacturing centres in Shanghai, Beijing, San Jose, Munich, London and 20 other locations.Power Business Operations Manager (m/f/x)As a Power Business Operations Manager (m/f/x) you will be part of our Power Business Operations team and be responsible for managing the operations of NIO’s Power energy business and solution in the GermanyThe ideal candidate is extremely good in managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to external factors and internal guidance, and have an excellent logical thinking ability. You will report to the Head of Power, GermanyJob responsibilities:• Collect data to analyse users' charging behaviour, depict and classify user portraits. For different types of users, customize differentiated service strategies and improve user satisfaction;• Optimize the user experience and operational efficiency of the charging and battery swap system through points, levels, and membership equity;• Regularly analyse and summarize user complaints, identify improvement points of the process design to minimize service/user complaint rates;• Organize and cooperate online / offline activities. Provide operational support to improve the popularity and acceptance of NIO charging and battery swap services among users;• Provide power home order management, which requires communication with installation companies with some manual work involved;• Pricing/operation management for power swap and charging stations.Job Requirements:• 3-5 years experience in project management; strong analytical skills;• Experience in the Internet industry and operational system establishments;• Enjoy working with numbers;• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with cross-department project leading experience preferred;• Excellent customer service awareness and logical structure thinking• Entrepreneurial & innovation mindset; flexibility, sense of urgency, creative problem solver, desire to build from the ground up;• Positive attitude, team player, collaborator; strong learning ability and strong pressure resistance• Ability to control situations and focus on details, while pursuing ultimate perfect quality;• Excellent ability to manage 5+ multiple projects simultaneously and under strict deadlines;• Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus; Candidates with a less than German C1 CEFR level will not be considered• A willingness to travel;• A valid driver's license.This role can be based in either Berlin or Munich.If you're excited about this job and the NIO brand, we're looking forward to seeing your application (please provide your CV in English).This isn't just another job.
