Job Overview:

The Integrated Drug Discovery unit explores new drugs in the field of small molecules. The “center of Excellence Isotope Chemistry” supports research and development in profiling active substances. In particular, the incorporation of radioactively isotopes into drug candidates provides an improved understanding of biological processes.

We are looking for a student (m/f/d) preparing a master thesis in the field of method optimization of organic catalytic reactions.

Responsibilities:

• Master student in Chemistry, preparation of the master-thesis (6 months)
• Ability to work independently and in teamwork
• High level of commitment
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Craftsmanship and organizational skills
• Well-versed use of standardized software (MS-Office, Excel, SharePoint)
