Responsibilities
In your new role you will:
- Work in the field of Process Integration Engineering for Smart Power Technologies (300mm) in front-end production
- Be responsible for yield and stability of the technology family
- Support the deviation management and the process change management
- Have to ensure continuous improvement by implementing yield-improving measures
- Work closely with experts from product development and assembly
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A University degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Several years of professional experience in semiconductor technologies
- Knowledge of IC-technologies and experience in statistical data processing
- Strong problem-solving skills and like working in a international team
- Fluent English Skills and at least basic German skills
