Country Manager (Augsburg)

This is what the position looks like:
You are responsible for the local operations in Germany (five sites). You have a P&L responsibility, and your main goal is to run daily operations. You coach the MAG45 team to achieve operational excellence and act as the champion for operational improvements. You are visible on all sites as the Country Manager.
In your role as Project Manager, you are the face of MAG45 in the local setting while implementing and expanding MAG45 business and services. You achieve this goal with close cooperation with the Solutions Engineering team based at the HQ in Eindhoven (The Netherlands). Together with this team, you create the change by introducing the customer to the way of working with MAG45. You constantly monitor business cases and update in case of changes.
You represent MAG45 within local customer accounts, making sure the customer is satisfied and our good reputation is in place. You are in regular contact with key decision makers within the customer account, you develop the scope on existing products and services within the named key accounts. And expand to new sites of the key account. You achieve this goal in close alignment with Global Account Managers and other local Account Managers.

- Annually you will receive a competitive salary between € 75,000 and € 95,000 (depending on experience).

- You will get bonus in line with the MAG45 Bonus plan: the bonus potential is 15% of the month salary excl. holiday allowance and other allowances. The bonus criteria for achieving the bonus are based on company and individual targets.

What to bring?
- A university level of education, knowledge, and experience.
- At least 4-7 years of experience in an international environment with relevant supply chain and process management experience on industry level.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- A proven track record of managing stakeholders at multiple levels and managing (project) teams.
