Your future plans
- Advice on the overarching process landscape of the HR environment, in particular on the implementation of process optimization.
- Active development and transformation of the existing process landscape into a digitized workflow
- Communication and training on IT-based functionalities and innovations and further development of the HR-specific process landscape (e.g. people analytics, dashboards)
- Independent and proactive support in the implementation of HR and vendor management projects
- Automation and digitization of existing processes through the introduction and implementation of new HR tools & development of digital interface solutions
- Advising and informing HR departments on process adaptations and tool functionalities.
- Active and close cooperation with internal and external HR-IT service providers (especially on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM ERP).
- Independent analysis and evaluation of international issues including the corresponding coordination and derivation of necessary measures to ensure a uniform process landscape
- Participation in multidisciplinary projects, cooperation with various group functions to standardize and improve processes
Your profile
- Successfully completed university degree in economics, information technology or business informatics.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in consulting, process optimization or project management
- Proven relevant experience in the development and implementation of process optimization and digitalization initiatives
- Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM/ERM is mandatory
- Demonstrable knowledge of the HR-IT process landscape and HR-IT systems of a large company
- Affinity for interdisciplinary activities at the interface between IT and processes
- Excellent English and German language skills
- Analytical thinking, ability to make strategic decisions as well as pragmatism and precise working methods, even in the face of high complexity
- Ability to advise stakeholders at eye level and to translate complex issues into relevant and addressee-appropriate messages and to communicate these at all hierarchical levels
- High customer orientation, persuasiveness and conflict management skills
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
- Team player and ability to build trusting relationships
- Willingness to travel occasionally at home and abroad
