Job Description:
1·Responsible for user experience design and optimization of international user development & service platform, includes APP, PAD, and PC Web.
2. Manage and formulate UI/UX standardization. Control and monitor UI/UX quality.
3. Understand business and product planning in auto industry. Understand business scenarios, and deliver experience design that conforms to users’ value;
4. Track the usability design trend among the industry. Actively raise suggestions for user experienceand continuously improve product design.
Job Requirements
1. Major in art or design, bachelor degree or above. At least 7 years of work experience.
2. At least 3 years of digital product design experience (both mobile‑end and PC‑end).
3, Proficient in Sketch, PS, AI, C4D and other related software, possess solid UI and graphic design skills. Candidate shoudl submit a complete design case along with CV.
4. Be passionate about design. Always follow the latest trend of UI and interaction design, and have in‑depth understanding in sales or customer relationship management product processes and user experience.
5. Strong ability to work under pressure, keen observation, high quality aesthetic ability, good at communication and adhering to principles and innovative spirit
6. Good command of English, fluent in both reading and writing, listening and speaking, work experience in leading an internet based company is preferred
