As a Product Manager for our Salesforce/CRM Operations team, you will be responsible to drive the implementation, adaption and improvement of DI's operational setup and systems, with a particular focus on CRM & lead generation using Salesforce solutions to attract and engage with prospects and clients. Jointly with the commercial and technical teams you will apply state-of-the-art interaction models and operational concepts that form part of the core B2C investment platform to drive client growth.

Your opportunity

  • Become part of the Operations team of our new innovative B2C platform/app, and serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer teams
  • Be DI's Product Owner for the CRM & lead generation solution with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud as the nucleus; you will own the product roadmap and backlog, create user stories to capture user needs and meet their expectations, and perform testing to ensure solutions deployed are fit for purpose.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into 360° lead, prospect and client journeys, all with the goal to grow our client base and net new money inflows - in order to meet our overall strategy and roadmap
  • Review and improve our client interaction model and touchpoints particularly for a hybrid relationship/servicing model, with implications for the B2C platform/app, CRM system but also wider CLM system
  • Develop an ongoing training, implementation, and communications plan to drive consistent and effective use and understanding of the CRM across teams, particularly the client facing team with our client success managers (CSMs) and Investment Advisors (IAs)
  • Work closely with various departments, particularly marketing and engineering, to continuously implement the CRM/Lead gen and renewal program and to incorporate feedback and requirements into the overall product roadmap and strategy


You bring
  • 5+ years' experience as a Technical Product Owner or Technical Product Manager
  • Extensive previous experience building CRM strategies, working with platforms such as Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud as well as Marketing Cloud,, alongside excellent technical knowledge of CRM implementation
  • Product management skills: developing, managing and prioritizing a roadmap and backlog, taking into account competing business needs.
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies, ideally in B2C financial services, fintech or a similar industry.
  • A strong interest in fintech and digital wealth management propositions
  • Proven technical expertise in software development on a state-of-the-art tech stack
  • Experienced leader of technical teams in an agile environment
  • Ability to grasp complex ideas quickly, and convey them succinctly to a wide range of technical audiences
