PRODUCT MANAGER - UX/UI DESIGNER (m/f/x), BERLIN
Belvini is looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to create engaging websites and digital product experiences. Using data and customer insights, you will create best in class UX and product design, providing simple and intuitive solutions which meet the needs of our customers and commercial objectives of the business.The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and is passionate about building great customer-centric products.
Key Responsibilities
● Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
● Create wireframes, and prototypes to help shape ideas
● Collaborate closely with the product manager and the cross-functional product teams to understand customer and business needs and design effective solutions for them through a design thinking approach
● Develop the UI library and design system
● Conduct user research, user testing and requirements gathering
● Identify and present opportunities to create business value and improve the experience for customers
● Continually gather and analyze data to create a data driven culture that is biased towards actionable insight
Your qualifications
● Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a UX/UI designer with deep expertise in one and strong skills in the other
● Extensive experience working with the common design tools and services
● Your design process follows a human-centered approach and you apply both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to validate your solutions
● Solid understanding of industry standard design principles and approaches
● Strong user experience sensibilities and appreciation for minimal interface design
● Deep understanding of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
● 360 execution approach across research, concept, UX flows, visual design systems, prototypes, production, testing, implementation
● Fluent in English, German is a plus
