Job responsibility:
- Provide market analysis and positioning of certain product, optimize marketing strategy, and achieve sales target and profit target;
- Maintain a business database for the product portfolio
- Familiarize yourself with SOP of certain product, and solve product problem independently;
- Prepare marketing materials of certain product, and perform technical training and market promotion activities;
- Upgrade current products and develop new products based on market needs, and establish associated service system.
- Have the ability to solve pre-sales and after-sales questions. Involve in customer meetings.
- Have the ability to assist or present at Webinars.
Job requirements:
- Ms or PhD degree with major in biology, medical or related discipline. Background in next-generation sequencing is preferred;
- Highly marketing, competition, cost, and service-oriented;
- Strong ability in logic thinking, problem analyzing and simplification;
- Excellent presentation, communication, and cooperation skills; Excellent spoken and written English;
- Strong ability in pressure management; Comfortable with short-term business trips up to 10% of the time
- Strong leadership, scientific, project management, and business development skills coupled with the ability to work with global and remote teams.
